Shipping and Returns

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

 

1. IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: sales@firstlinesupply.com.

 2. We will send you a link that link will allow you to upload photos, an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.

3. We will communicate with you through the link which allows us to send return labels, refunds, swaps, etc.

 Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty... now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below :)

RETURNS
We at FIRST LINE SUPPLY strive to get every order processed and shipped to you without problems or errors, but sometimes it just happens. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We may ask you to send us a picture showing the damage so we can determine if can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced. If approved we may ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
 If a refund is requested, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
